The more walls or obstructions present, the less effectively it will perform in an open area.
Trio Plus coverage
The Trio Plus is listed as being able to cover up to 3300 sq. ft. per hour of air purification. Does that mean the unit needs to be moved around to the different rooms or that the circulation of air can be moved to cover a main level and lower level ranch style home as depicted in your literature? I do see the home depicted was a very open floor concept across two floors, though.
