We would recommend contacting Vermont Castings to see if they would recommend that type of heater to be used with an external power venter. The heater is only 28,000 input BTUs so we would suggest using the SWG-3 and since it has a millivolt gas valve, they should use the CK-20FV control kit to operate the power venter with the heater. We normally do not use a power venter with a unit heater.

Answer: The SWG can only go through about an 8" wall, but the CV can go through a 14" wall.
