If the venter is powered off for any reason, when power is applied to it, it will run up to 10 minutes for a setup cycle. If there is a call for heat, the vent will run continuously until the setup cycle is complete.
is there a reset switch on the venter? It is running continuously. have to flip the breaker switch to turn off.
This happened when the power went out briefly during a storm. It was this past summer. Furnace was not in use at the time. When the power came back on the venter came on. The power was only out for a few seconds. As noted above, the venter started running continuously after that, until the breaker is turned off.
