If unplugging and plugging the unit back in is resulting in the same issue, then it is most likely an issue with the thermal cut out (TCO) on the unit. The TCO in located on the reservoir tank and is wired between the circuit board and the right side of the heating element as you are looking at the unit. If the TCO is open it will cause a double red light error code. The service company should take a resistance reading across the TCO and if it is found to be open they should replace the TCO on that S2020.
