We recommend removing and reinstalling the filters on both sides of the unit. Please ensure the filters are fully pushed back into place so they properly engage the safety switches in the filter area. Once the side panels are closed, run your hands along the doors to confirm the magnetic safety switches are making good contact. If the issue persists after these steps, we suggest contacting the place of purchase to arrange an exchange under warranty.
