The largest size pipe the ClearWave will work on is 1 ¼” pipe, sewer lines are larger than that size. The ClearWave would not be able to wrap completely around the sewer lines or generate a strong enough signal to treat the water in a sewer line. We cannot recommend using the ClearWave on a sewer line.

Question: My unit keeps clicking on and off when there is no water running. It happens about every 10-15 minutes
Answer: It sounds like there may be an issue with the circuit board, or possibly a loose connection between the transformer and the unit.
